My father explained to me in detail what you were in front of his last wife…….the opposite of family is stranger, strange i haven't seen you yet looking seriously at those who dishonored our father….before a District Court Judge, who by the way is an amazing individual….she cared enough to look at what i said and provide what all others have failed to do…..its never to late to do the right thing…. its always wrong to not do the right thing….at some point your lack of integrity and need for monetary gain will force you stand as one or opposite each individually…..guess thats your call, but know most certainly some have asked to make more definite and certain the logic to my REMEDY your trust…. i guess they see the same as i, you seeking a gain without doing what your supposed to do in the first place…..im guessing they see that as a responsibility issue of the trustee(s)…..think quicker, maybe as brothers….sister since you did not oppose what Trustee Tom wrote in Lincoln you agree with him as does Wayne as do I…..

When a parent of a child so devalues their spouse in the eyes of the child to the point the child finds no ounce of goodness to continue a relationship it says more about them than you…..every single stranger you meet in life has a story, could be a friend, for some maybe a lost father or mother,,,,,,,,when you throw away a parent its not the parent that makes it all right.

A few days back i posted the two canadians in the snow up in Findley Iowa north out of the CN yard, 5469 is southbound to Union Pacific's Council Bluffs Yard.

I have been trying to get images in the snow for the upcoming book on Modern Railroading in America…..getting that writing done as well.

Snow Bound

Lost in the industrial park in Council Bluffs Iowa locomotive 3970 sits shut off ready to go north for a season. The large snow thrower usually sits there in the siding all other seasons so it will find its way to Idaho or some part of Washington.

These guys are wondering I'm sure why I'm out day after day catching glimpses into their section of rail. This one is a mile and a half shot looking East from 108th at or near sunset.

Sunset Express

Wishing it was warmer out….we get to four today. I shot this last year with Rory. Closest to home the picnic table offers up a fading westbound empty coal to Wyoming and a full coal eastbound..

This was taken in March 2014, very cold with no precip. I thought the light here was warming.

Findly Iowa, milepost 494

I got out to shoot in the snow today, precipitation in this shot is kind of distorting. Canadian National locomotive 5675 is outbound from Council Bluffs Iowa with only one tank car attached, Its a whopping 7 degrees out and the camera is real slow and cold.

Seems to be doing forty on them there snow covered tracks….i'm sure in nice weather they blast down this stretch at sixty.

Into East Ralston

On the way home from a brothers home I shot tonight on the BNSF line that crosses thru Southwest Omaha. Leaning up against the crossing arm weight in the rain the people just feet away chuckle at my stupidity for failing to come in out of the rain, look its turning to snow soon they say.

Ten sixty six crosses 72nd street westbound into East Ralston at dusk tonight…a three mile shot in the sleet, he's doing forty and putting the hammer down to Lincoln.
