The sparrow muncher is back. He thins out the covey of sparrows we have in the backyard. With mostly in air attacks it is so impressive to watch it hunt for his meals, although it is quite brutal. It just got through raining and it is about 30 yards out, we got six shots before he left the yard.

Calm at last. With the hawk gone from the backyard the covey enjoys time to sit and chirp with their buddies. Not a reflection, just another sparrow on a branch behind.

Ok i will tell you.....the cloud against the mountain looks like a person leaning up againt the mountain to take a breather....i'm sure a hot chick.....the trail up was brutal on the body.......seemed fitting since i felt the same when i shot this picture.....the two youngsters i hike with were froliking in the lake causing the reflection i wanted to go away....thanks for looking again!
